Iain has significant experience of complex projects and managing multi-disciplinary design teams. He completed the development of Hepworth Court as part of the Grosvenor Waterside development including the successful Chelsea Arts Space for the Chelsea School of Art exhibitions.

His most recent work is a substantial mixed use river front scheme in Greenwich, master planning a mixed use Code 4 development in Matlock, Student Housing proposals in London, and to a different scale, an Indoor Tennis Centre for tennis performance development funded by the Lawn Tennis Association.

He joined Paul Davis + Partners in 2010 and became an Associate in 2011. He is currently leading an architectural team designing a high rise and high quality development in Docklands.
