Paul Davis + Partners in collaboration with Prewett Bizley Architects have been shortlisted for the BRE Watford PassivHaus Competition.
The brief was to design a semi-detached house to PassivHaus standard within a budget of £1100/m2.
Marion Baeli, Associate and Sustainability architect from PD+P commented "We're delighted to be on the shortlist with PassivHaus designers Prewett Bizley Architects. This competition will hopefully lead towards expanding our PassivHaus experience from the Retrofit domain with the certified project Princedale Road (1st UK certified retrofit) to the world of new build PassivHaus."
It is anticipated that the winning scheme will be built at the BRE Innovation Park.
