21-22 Hans Place in Knightsbridge gets planning application to refurbish 1870s building from office use to residential
Paul Davis + Partners got planning permission to refurbish Grade II Listed "Queen Anne" style building for the Cadogan Estates. The project will comprise five lateral apartments, 2No two storey maisonettes and 1 triplex maisonette over six floors.
Overall the intended is to renovate the building with the aim to refurbish the most significant rooms and historical details and reinstate the residential character of the building.
